Don’t start off doing 4 miles if you haven’t run for awhile. Make sure you stretch really good. Start off with one mile and gradually run more. Pace yourself too.

Start with power walking if you have to and then start to slow jogging then pump the speed more
Do hill runs too they are the best when it comes to getting your heart rate pumping and losing weight

you should start with less distance and a slower pace for the first couple of days then slowly increase to the 4 miles a day.

I dont run. It is painful it is up to you though. I walk fast myself. I do machine for cardio also. Once you loose the weight you have to have good weight under the fat. Get on the weight training. You wont get fit in 2 weeks but you will like the results. check out

Do NOT start out with 4 miles take it slow try half a mile the firts day 1 mile the next day 1 and a haf the third untill you reach your goal. you will be fit in no time push your self but not to hard. Make sure you do not feel to sick afetr running if you ahve done well you will feel really tired, feeling like ur legs are acheing but like you could run a little more. do not start with 4 miles if you are not in shape for running you will get their with practice.

Okay well don’t over do your-self, get your body use to this new schedule. Start out slow and gradually work your way up.Keep a routine too. When your done working out/running drink milk it builds 30% more muscle then water or gaterade…etc. And try to eat healthier too! Good luck! =]
