What is the best way to gain running endurance in 3 weeks?

I have 3 weeks left before the start of my running season, and i’m wondering what were the best running workout plans to maximize my endurance in this short amount of time.

    start w/ a certain distance and gradually increase but take two days off a week and do a stationary bike for like 20-30 minutes on your 2 off days

    simple, run 3 miles or more a day

    Do high intensity interval training no more than 3 times per week. Good luck!
