What can I do about my headphones breaking after enough running?

I find the cheap headphones break within a week I believe because of running. The more expensive ones last longer. They don’t break if I don’t run. Last years. But weeks if I run.

Are there any running headphones that prevent this? If so what is it called when it has such protection?

yes there are many types of running headphones, i recommend these they are very inexpensive and should last longer than your cheap ones.
