Jogging. Jogging ever day for a little while can make running easier. Its trains you heart to pump blood better and running won’t be so hard. Not sure though. Could be pronounced Yogging.

Start slow, and then build up. Just jog for awhile, then walk if necessary. Push yourself a little each day. You will begin to run farther and faster eventually. Just take it slow. :)

Just practice at your own pace and build up.

    focus on the end.
    remember to b-r-e-a-t-h. very important.
and don’t drink to much water before or during cause that causes cramps.
the best thing would be just to get out of doing it. missing one day of school wont kill you. :-)

Don’t overdo it! Run at a pace where you can hold a conversation with someone…. speed and endurance will come with time… be patient.

How long are you waiting to run after you eat? Are you drinking enough water? And how far are you running? It sounds like your running to far to start off with. If you’ve never ran before, start off slowly and work your way up.

I’m not a runner, never have been, even though I tried hard. I can’t stand running, but I love swimming. Some people just aren’t built for running or just don’t like it. Find something else you like.
