    wait wait wait… unless you’re on a treadmill running in place does very little but at least you’re doing something, i guess. running outdoors can be bad on the knees but is often the best workout.

    oh… and drink water

    I think you should just run outside. Or get a treadmill.

    I looked up your BMI, and it is 19.9. This is a very good number considerinng the normal range is 18.5-24.9.

    As for soft drinks, people use carbonated drinks as a drug, and they get addicted to the drinks. Also in the drinks it contains harmful things like Phosphoric acid, citic, and water that contains high amounts of flouride.
