I used to run every week day, and then the sport ended. I once in a while ran for about half an hour at like 5 miles per hour, but not recently. When i start running agin which is in about a month, will i **** or will i be the same?

You’ll be a bit slower at first, and your body will be sore as it readjusts to taking the impact from running, but you should get back to where you used to be after about 2 weeks of training

depending on what kind of runner you are. if your a long distance runner it could take a month or two. unless you train hard. like a week getting back into shape and then 2 a days. It also depends on how good you were before you stopped.

running is not like bball or football that you cant do it for like 2 months and just come baka nd still b good at it
just start off slow and than move your way up again cuz if u try to start like you did b4 than u will get really sore and more than likley pull something

i trained really hard for like 4 months straight, then i’ve been doing light trainging for the past 3 weeks, and yesterday i ran the mile (4:43) PR by like 15 seconds for me so i’m hella excited about that. i think i might do track now. plus its my first year running competitively and i can really say a few weeks of light training really helped me. i think i overtrained during the season. a few months might be takign it a little too easy.
