If you don’t currently run every day, then yes, it will help with your weight loss. It’s also good for your heart, your soul, and your mind. If it feels pretty good to run one mile, then by all means - run two or more.

running 1 mile everyday is definitely going to improve your health. (i’m a runner)
although it will help you burn calories and improve your heartrate, don’t be altogether suprised if you end up gaining a little bit. this weight gain is the muscle that you’re building while running. so don’t worry, but don’t push yourself too much. let your body tell you when to stop.

If you don’t run everyday, then this should help. Then, once you get good at running one mile, you can step it up to two miles, and so on. Plus, running is good for you.
REMEMBER: Running moves the mind, body, and sole!

you are a beginner so make sure you do proper streching before your runs and have small gulps of water throughout the day. make sure you dont run above 2 miles for the first five days and maintain a slow but steady speed.

Hey. Do what you enjoy. Of course running will help with weight loss, if you need to lose weight. If you like running, then step it up to 2 miles, and then more if you still enjoy it. Running burns alot of calories. Here is a cool web site that has an activity calculator to calculate how many calories an activity burns, such as running and many other things.
