How do I get headlamps and daytime running lights working?

I have 98 chevy cavalier the headlamps low beam and daytime running lights won’t work. High beams are working. Switch inside the car has been replaced. Bulbs have been replaced. Fuses have been check and still no low beams or daytime running lights. Also need to know where the headlamp relay is located on the vehicle

I don’t believe it has a headlamp relay. I believe it all goes through the daytime running lamp relay which is at the fuse block at the left side of the dashboard (driver’s side). Try to switch the relay with another relay that has the same part number (a lot of the relays in the car are the same). Since you said the switch has been replaced I want to think that there is a problem with the replacement, either bad part or a wiring problem that occurred during replacement. Hope this helps.
