How do you change running backs while in the huddle on madden 2008 on wii without hitting start?

It’s a pain to have to go to the depth chart if I want to mix in my backup running back. Can I change him at the line at the wii? I know in 07 for PS2 (which I’m still used to) I could spell and put in the jumbo and other things, can I do anything like this on madden 08 for wii?
