What are good mens running shoes to buy?

I run on pavement around my neighborhood. I try to do 3 miles a day. Maybe something with cushion/durability. What are some good mens running shoes?

    hey there!
    we’ll my dad says that the best running shoes are definitely those that have to be made specifically for sports activities. so i suggest trainers from nike or adidas. I dont know how much it cost there but here its really rpicey but it is so durable! it wont wear out quickly and it can be saved for years to come! :) hope it helps.

    Hello,
    In my opinion, Asics are some of the best to buy. They are very comfortable and they will really help you in support. I’ve been running track for Middle and High School and i’ve only worn Asics. You can find them at any major store or at any running store. But i would prefer a running store because they really care about you make sure you get the shoe that fits just right. Asics are relatively expensive, good trainers can cost upwards of 80 dollars. But that’s a small price to pay. Hope i helped.

    My favorite running shoes are Asics, just as everyone else said, but they are not for everyone. There are different types of shoes for different types of runners. It all depends on how you move your feet when you run: do you pronate (turn your foot inward) or supinate (roll your foot outward)? How heavy are you? How often do you run? Are you prone to injury? These are all things to consider when selecting the appropriate running shoe.
    The best thing to do is to go to a nearby running specialty store. A worker there should talk with you and watch you run and can reccomend the right type of shoe for you. Good luck with your running.

    One shoe that comes to mind is Asics. Go to your local Running Shoe Store and ask them about the best Asics for your feet. They usually ask you to walk and they judge based on how your heel roles. You might need a stability shoe. Also, if you are running on soft surfaces you may need some low tread shoe. If you are running on hard surfaces, a stiffer tread would be needed. Asics has many different styles and tread types.
