The simplest method is the go the a field that is about the size of a football pitch. Jog 3/4 of it then sprint in the last 1/4, do this every day and you should see small improvements within two or three weeks.
You could put weights in your pockets or buy weights straps and do what a said above again, this will help you improve faster.
If you have a dog throw a ball and race your dog to the ball.

My Mother was going to be in the olympics put seriously damagedher leg 1month before the olympics. for sprinting of course. but the thing she says is best is everyday for about no longer than 15mMin’srun your absolute fastest it will get you speed up hugely with in a matter of weeks. I hope to make it into the olympics myself good luck with footie
